Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Narayan Bakery, we are committed to providing high-quality bakery and food products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy to ensure product quality and safety.
1. Returns
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and product photos so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
2. Refunds
We generally do not provide refunds once an order has been processed or delivered.
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was significantly damaged during delivery.
- The order could not be fulfilled from our side.
If your request qualifies, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
4. Fraudulent Transactions
Narayan Bakery reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity, misuse of payment methods, or violation of our website’s terms is suspected. In such cases, we may also restrict or suspend the customer’s account.
