Ingredients:

Refined Wheat Flour, Oil, Ajwain, Salt, banana, chili, turmeric, gram flour, sugar, ginger, Jal Jeera, Garam Masala

Popular Indian snack bhakerwadi is formed with a dough consisting of gram flour, wheat flour, and spices. Usually, the dough is flattened out and then filled with a variety of ingredients, such as fine sev, ginger, banana, jal jeera hidden herbs, and many more. After the dough is filled, it is rolled into a spiral and deep-fried until it becomes crispy. You can eat the bhakerwadi as a snack by itself or with a dip or chutney. Depending on the area and the user’s preferences, other ingredients and spices may be used; nevertheless, frequent ingredients include curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and turmeric powder. It originated in the Indian states of Gujarat and Maharashtra.
